Karen Fromm, formerly worked for the Athens Branch of Southern Michigan Bank and Trust, joined the agency in 1999 as a customer service representative and now is currently the office manager. She is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and is always willing and able to help you with all your insurance needs.

Chad Spencer

Chad Spencer graduated from Michigan State University in 1991 with a degree in Personnel Administration and received his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School in 1994. He opened his law practice in Athens along with joining his father and mother in their insurance agency. Chad is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as life insurance to help his clients with all types of general life insurance and annuity products for their estate planning.

Lonn Spencer

Lonn Spencer attended Michigan State University and joined American National Bank in 1968, becoming Branch Manager in 1969 and later named Assistant Vice President in charge of the Athens Office and McCamly Street Office in Battle Creek. He passed his Real Estate Broker’s license in June, 1975 and left the bank to open his own Real Estate and Insurance Agency in November, 1975. Lonn is licensed property and casualty agent, life and health agent, and Real Estate Broker.
